TRACY DRISCOLL
Tracy coaches senior leaders across the globe, facilitates strategy for top teams, runs organisational transformation programs and helps organisations develop a coaching culture.
She spent 23 years living and working in Beijing, China before returning home to Australia in 2019. She has held senior leadership roles in 5 organisations over the last 20 years. She is used to working in the dynamic, volatile and rapidly changing markets of the Asia Pacific region. She knows first-hand the power of being able to tap your inner resources, anchor yourself in calm and to be truly purpose driven. Through her unique experience Tracy has developed the ability to make deep connections with people from different cultural backgrounds, to coach diverse teams and to help others fulfil their purpose and make a positive difference in the world.
Tracy takes a holistic approach and coaches the system as well as the individual – looking at planet, community, organisation, team and self. She is skilled at going from big picture to small detail and being able to bridge the internal and external journeys.
Tracy has been coaching for over 14 years and holds the PCC credential from ICF. She is certified in the The Leadership Circle 360 profile and The Leadership Circle System and has been using TLC extensively since 2014. She is also certified for the LEA 360, MBTI, Coaching Circles, Parent Effectiveness Training (PET) and TBT for trauma resolution. For 7 years she headed up coaching for The Leadership Group based in Beijing, building and developing the business and leading an associate team of 70 coaches across APAC. Tracy also chaired the HR Forum for the British Chamber of Commerce in Beijing for several years and has been a regular speaker and panelist on topics related to coaching, leadership and women’s leadership.
