SAMMY NJORGE

Sammy is passionate about developing leaders from the inside out. He holds a Masters of Divinity (MDiv) and is currently pursuing his PhD in Corporate Leadership.

Sammy is a lifelong leadership student and practitioner in the field of adult development. He has been a consultant for the last 8 years and has coached more than 300 leaders—C -suite and middle managers—using the Leadership Circle Profile from various sectors. He has coached senior executives from Credit Bank, Ernst and Young, Standard Bank, and Roche, from countries such as India, South Africa, Nigeria, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, South Korea, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Philippines, Germany, United States, Hong Kong, Rwanda, Ghana, and Kenya.

Sammy is part of the global Leadership Circle faculty and has facilitated both in-person and virtual certifications in Atlanta, Brussels, and Nairobi.

Sammy suffered a stroke in 2022. As a result of the stroke, he became paralyzed on the left side of his body, lost his speech, and went blind. Thankfully, after 9 months of rehabilitation, Sammy has made a full recovery. That experience emphasized, for him, the need for leaders to develop from the inside out.

Life after stroke, Sammy has continued doing coaching sessions and facilitating leadership workshops in Accra, Ghana, and Oxford, UK. Sammy lives in Nairobi with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with them in the African savannah and on the white sand beaches.
