PHILIPPE JOANNIS

Philippe Joannis is a Leadership Development Mentor and Executive Coach working with senior leaders and is a senior executive himself, with extensive international business experience.

As an executive coach, Philippe has an engaging approach and believes that self-awareness is empowerment and the key foundation for leadership growth. His adaptive style, based on the integral approach to coaching, supports a leader’s ability to reframe key leadership challenges in ways that are developmental to the individual and constructive to the business. Philippe coaches senior level executives across lines of business and industries, resulting in noticeably improved leadership effectiveness.

Philippe is the co-creator and facilitator of the Conscious Leadership Workshop which helps leaders get powerful developmental framework and practices to bring their leadership to the next level. He has translated and adapted to French the keystone book Mastering Leadership from Bob Anderson and Bill Adams.

He got his master of Engineering degrees from the ENS-IIE and has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Sorbonne University. Philippe is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle 360 Profile
and the Leadership Circle Culture Assessment. He is also a Certified Unique Self Coach and Integral practitioner. He is a member of the board of the Center for Integral Wisdom and active member of the Conscious Capitalism Movement.

Philippe’s clients include Apple, Apcom, Safran, SNCF, Fleury Michon ,
Géolia, and many others. Prior to launching his practice he was previously partner within the MIDIS Group (158 companies, 4,5 Billion USD, 28 countries), CEO of the French Subsidiary MCI and head of Apple Education in France.

Philippe lives south of Paris with his wife Cécile and their five children. As a student he used to be a street magician. He plays jazz piano, practices Aikido and is a competition bridge player.
