LISA VOS
Lisa Vos has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Team Coaching. Her expertise in providing learning and development solutions for people and organisations is grounded in a solid understanding of the different business disciplines, combined with deep expertise in learning, development and change. Lisa is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations grow to be their best.
Throughout her career she has specialised in helping organisations, leadership teams and leaders create real organisational change and innovation, demonstrate deep leadership and become successful in dealing with complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity. She worked with a broad range of organisations from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Europe, Australia, Asia, North America and New Zealand. In collaboration with these clients she creates deep learning experiences for individual and organisational impact. Roles clients ask Lisa to take up include facilitator, executive coach, executive team development coach, keynote speaker, interim manager. In all her work, Lisa demonstrates the drive and energy to set things in motion, a clear insight into the dynamics between people and the capacity to lead and guide people through these intense development processes. Her engagement with clients is characterised as thought provoking and inspiring.
Lisa's extensive experience includes having held senior positions in a number of European and Australian executive education institutions and consultancies. Most notably, Principal Consultant at Bendelta, Senior Consultant Customised Executive Education at Melbourne Business School/Mt Eliza Executive Education, Program Manager, Executive Programs at Nyenrode Business University and General Manager, Academy of Management at Groningen - a company related to the University of Groningen, Interim Director of the UTS Design Innovation research centre and Designing out Crime. In these roles Lisa designed and delivered leadership development and strategic management interventions for Senior Executives.
Lisa’s practice is based in The Netherlands and she works globally. Lisa partners with the Conscious Leadership Institute and holds Adjunct Faculty roles at Ashridge Hult, Mannaz, TIAS School for Business & Society and Melbourne Business School. She worked with a wide range of clients in the areas of Leadership Development, Leadership Team Development, Organisational Development, Culture Change and Innovation. Clients Lisa has worked with include SCOR, SHV, GHD, Bluescope Steel, Bosch, NBN Broadband Corporation, Reserve Bank New Zealand, Shell, Air France/KLM, NUON Vattenfall, ADIA (Abu Dhabi), Reed Business Information, New Zealand Post, News Corp Australia, Bosch, ING Bank, Gazprom.
Lisa holds an MSc in Business Administration (Rijksuniversity of Groningen, The Netherlands, 1995) and has undertaken an impressive range of professional development programs in areas of personal development, communication and leadership. Lisa has also participated in the renowned Professional Development Program of the IOD in Leuven (BEL), which greatly enhanced her abilities as an OD consultant. Lisa is accredited in The Leadership Circle Profile 360° framework, the Organisation Workshop by Power + Systems (Barry Oshry), the Experience Point ExperienceInnovation and ExperienceChange simulations.
Lisa loves watching sports and traveling the world with her husband and children. They often combine the two and travel to great sports events together.
