Lisa Vos has 20 years of experience in the fields of Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Executive Education. Her expertise in providing learning and development solutions for people and organisations is grounded in a solid understanding of the different functional disciplines in organisations and the ways these interact. Lisa is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations grow to be their best.
Throughout her career she has specialised in helping organisations and leaders create real organisational change and innovation, demonstrate deep leadership and become successful in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity. She worked with a broad range of organisations from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. In collaboration with these clients she creates deep learning experiences for individual and organisational impact. In all her work, Lisa demonstrates the drive and energy to set things in motion, a clear insight into the dynamics between people and the capacity to lead and guide people through these intense development processes. Her engagement with clients is characterised as thought provoking and inspiring.
Lisa's extensive experience includes having held senior positions in a number of European and Australian executive education institutions. Most notably, Senior Consultant Customised Executive Education at Melbourne Business School/Mt Eliza Executive Education, Program Manager, Executive Programs at Nyenrode Business University and General Manager, Academy of Management at Groningen - a company related to the University of Groningen. In these roles Lisa designed and delivered leadership development and strategic management programs for Senior Managers. She worked with a broad range of organisations from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
As part of her practice Lisa is currently Interim Director of the UTS Design Innovation research centre and Designing out Crime. In addition, Lisa holds Adjunct Faculty roles at Ashridge Hult Executive Education, Mannaz Leadership Development, Nyenrode Business
University, Melbourne Business School and MGSM. She worked with a wide range of clients in the areas of Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Culture Change and Innovation. Clients Lisa has worked with include Reserve Bank New Zealand, SHV, ADIA, Reed Business Information, New Zealand Post, News Corp Australia, Bosch, Reed Business Information, ING Bank, Shell, Air France/KLM, NUON Vattenfall, Gazprom, Achmea, Ahold, YER, Capgemini, Gazprom, The Australian Communications and Media Authority, St John New Zealand, South Australia Health.
Lisa holds an MSc in Business Administration (Rijksuniversity of Groningen, The Netherlands, 1995) and has undertaken an impressive range of professional development programs in areas of personal development, communication and leadership. Lisa has also participated in the renowned Professional Development Program of the IOD in Leuven (BEL), which greatly enhanced her abilities as an OD consultant. Lisa is accredited in the Experience Point ExperienceInnovation and ExperienceChange simulations, the Organisation Workshop by Power + Systems and in The Leadership Circle profile framework.
Lisa loves watching sports and traveling the world with her husband and children. They often combine the two and travel to great sports events together.
