FAITH NGUNJIRI
Faith is a leadership educator, corporate trainer and coach with a mission to empower senior leaders and middle managers to step into their full potential with clarity, courage, and authenticity. Her coaching is rooted in emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and values-based influence. She creates transformative spaces where clients reframe limitations, embrace purpose,and lead with intentional impact. 
Over the past 20 years, She has held leadership roles in higher education and supported the professional development of hundreds of leaders. She spent close to two decades as a full-time professor of leadership and ethics. She serves as an adjunct dissertation advisor a multiple U.S. universities. Her signature programs cater to senior executives, mid-level managers, and midlife career professionals seeking to reinvent themselves. She also serves recent graduates and young professionals seeking career clarity and self-leadership competence. She designs custom programs for businesses, educational institutions, and not-for-profit sector organizations. 
Dr Faith earned her Doctorate in Leadership Studies and Master's in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. She also has an undergraduate degree in education and a graduate degree in theology from Kenyan universities. In 2022, she left her full-time tenured associate professor role in the US to return to Kenya, where she has established herself in the leadership development space through her company, Global Leadership Development, LLC. She is a Leadership Circle Profile and Pulse Certified Practitioner, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner, and an Impostor-Syndrome Informed Coach.
