CELINE RICOE
Celine coaches leaders at key moments in their career and teams through their successive transformations. She especially likes coaching men and women in the exploration of their identity as leaders and in the transformation of their positioning towards others. To unleash their aspirations and their ability to influence, she works on deep levers and look at them holistically – mind, emotions, body.
Céline’s clients include L’Oréal, Air Liquide, Carrefour, LVMH, Eiffage, VINCI, SCOR and many others.
Céline holds a Master in Business Administration from EM Lyon. She is a certified executive coach by Transformance, Paris, and a certified Gestalt-Practitioner by Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt, Paris. When working with organizations, she also uses transactional analysis and the systemic approach.
Céline has seventeen years of experience in change management at Accenture, first as a consultant for their European clients, secondly as Accenture’s Gender Diversity Lead, in France then worldwide. As such, Céline managed a population of over 100 000 women, including 2 500 managing directors, at the crossroads of all HR processes. She led in parallel the cultural transformation to change representations and behaviors around gender in the workplace, in close relationship with Accenture’s Global Executive Leadership Team.
Céline lives in Paris with her husband, coach as well, and her 3 children.
